WOMAN'S MISSSIONARY UNION (WMU)
Woman’s Missionary Union (WMU) began 132 years ago in the hearts of visionary leaders to pray and systematically raise money for missions. Since that time, WMU has helped lead Southern Baptist churches across the country to give $6.6 billion through the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering and Lottie Moon Christmas Offering—efforts begun by WMU to support missionaries.
WMU’s unwavering focus on making disciples of Jesus who live on mission happens through missions discipleship, leadership development and compassion ministries, with Kingdom impact in every state and 39 countries.

Each of the members of RCFN has WMU ladies who work hard for our three Baptist Centers and Camp Alkulana. Each month they have assignments to help with supplies, food for the homeless and the poor in our center neighborhoods, clothing for clothes closets, serving meals, filling snack bags to go with the homeless, help with Thanksgiving and Christmas meals, money for laundry ministry, bus passes, postage stamps, gift cards, camp scholarships, buy school supplies and backpacks, support the Christmas stores with clothes, toys, games, dolls, older boys electronic games, etc. and many ladies help with these two stores and many others. We have many churches that help their WMU ladies with the money needed on top of what all our WMU ladies give for Mission Involvement.
